Returns and Refunds

If your Suitsupply purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return the item in its original and unused condition, with tags attached, within 30 days after delivery, for a refund or an exchange.

Return and exchange

When returning an item use the original packaging and sticker it with the return label that was enclosed. Please fill out the return form and indicate the reason for your return.

  • If you have an online account you can visit our website and access your account to arrange a return. Indicate your reason for return and select a pick-up location, date, and if you wish to exchange your item, select the desired item. For your return, use the box in which your purchase was delivered (if possible) and include the completed return form with your order number.
  • If you used the guest check out option and don’t have an online account, please email Customer Care, and we will be happy to arrange your return for you. You may also use the enclosed UPS return shipping label and drop your shipment off at your local UPS store or facility (visit UPS for locations). Please include the completed return form with your order number and reason for return.
  • You may also bring your item(s) to one of our store locations, where we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund

Please note that we can only issue your refund to the original form of payment used.
