What is The Box Office?

The Box Office is a personal styling service by Suitsupply. Depending on your needs and preferences, a personal stylist creates a box containing several looks, all from the latest Suitsupply collection. These looks consist of different items that can be mixed and matched for a variety of looks. With your input, your personal stylist will define your preferences and will take care of all aspects of styling, ordering and shipping. On call and at your service, your personal stylist can be reached via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, phone and email.

How do I sign up for The Box Office?

You can sign up at The Box Office. After leaving your name, phone number and email, one of the personal stylists will reach out to you to get to know you and to define your personal needs and preferences.

Are there any fees for using The Box Office

The personal styling advice is free of charge. As a customer you only pay for the items you keep, the payment takes place afterwards. You are in no way obliged to buy items.
There are no hidden or fixed fees. The Box Office service, containing advice from your personal stylist, delivery, return shipments etcetera are all free of charge.
There is no paid subscription model. You decide when you want to make use of The Box Office and when you want to receive a box.
All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition, they should be returned within 14 days upon receipt.

How do I receive a box

After having signed up for The Box Office, your personal stylist will contact you.
During the first WhatsApp conversation, your personal stylist will try to get to know you and to be able to define your personal needs and preferences. Based on this information a box will be compiled for you, containing different looks.

What is a look

A look is a combination of different matching items. Besides that, the personal stylist is available to give advice via WhatsApp.

How long do I have to return items

All Items can be returned within 14 days upon receipt in the original packing.
You will not be charged for items when they are unworn, in the original condition and returned within 14 days upon receipt.

Can I receive a box on a regular basis

It is possible to receive a box on a regular basis (or specific items such as shirts, socks or boxershorts). Let your personal stylist know what your needs are and it will be arranged.

Is it possible to compose my own box

The beauty of The Box Office is that you don’t have to think for yourself. You can trust you personal stylist, everything is arranged for you.
Of course your personal stylist will ask you what your needs and special wishes are. Your stylist will consider those when composing the box.

Will my personal stylist also help me with regular Suitsupply orders?

Yes, you can ask your personal stylist for assistance when having questions or requests concerning Suitsupply products, shopping, ordering and shipping.

How do I know what can be combined

When your box has been shipped, you will receive a link to your personal The Box Office-page. Here you find an overview of all the looks you have received and how you can mix and match the different items(for the specific occasions). Certain items can be used for several looks. Attached to every look you will find a personal explanation from your personal stylist.
Besides that, the personal stylist is available to give advice via WhatsApp.

How do I know my sizes

Your personal stylist can help you defining your sizes. When your sizes are already present in our database because of a previous purchase, your stylist will know this. If you unexpectedly received a wrong sized item, please inform your personal stylist about it. Your personal stylist will make sure that the same item with the right size will come your way and she will adjust the size in your personal profile.

Can an item be altered

When buying a suit, jacket or trousers, it often happens that alterations are needed. When you receive an item that needs to be altered, please inform you personal stylist about it. Your personal stylist will arrange an appointment for you at a nearby Suitsupply store or can advice you about a tailor in your neighborhood. Is it always necessary to answer a set of questions before receiving a box

During the first WhatsApp conversation, your personal stylist will try to get to know you and to be able to define your personal needs and preferences. After this, communication for future orders will be less time consuming. Your personal stylist will be able to create matching looks based on your personal profile.

How do I know when I will receive my box

As soon as you box is on its way, you will receive an email, in it a track & trace link. Besides that, the personal stylist is available to answer your questions regarding the order-status.

How long will it take before I receive my box

We strive for a box delivery within 5 days after your personal stylist has defined your needs and preferences with you.

Why do I provide my payment details before I receive a box

Our goal is to have The Box Office process as efficient and fast as possible for our customers. We want to avoid that customers need to re-enter their personal details. That’s why we ask you to provide your payment details upfront.

Why do I pay after delivery for the items I want to keep

The Box Office is a free service; we do not want to commit you to anything. That is why you pay afterwards for the items you keep. You do not pay until you have decided which items you want to keep.
All Items can be returned. You will not be charged for items when they are unworn, in the original condition and returned within 14 days upon receipt.

How does after-delivery payment work

During the first conversation, your personal stylist will ask you to do a $ 0.00,- creditcard payment, or to do a pre-authorization with a personal payment method by way of a credit card. The payments are processed by a third party (Adyen) in a secured environment. When the payment has been processed successfully, we can send you your first box with looks in it.
When you decide to keep certain items, we will charge the creditcard which has been verified in an earlier stage. When an order has been completed, the pre-authorized amount will be released. The definition of a completed order is that the unwanted items were successfully returned and processed by our warehouse and/or that the credit card was successfully charged for possible kept items.

How can I change my payment details

It is possible to change your payment details, your personal stylist can help you with that.

How do I indicate the items I would like to keep

In your personal The Box Office-page you can indicate the items you want to keep and the items you want to return. Afterwards you personal stylist will contact you to arrange a pick-up for the returned items. You can always reach out to your personal stylist when you have questions regarding a box.

How do I make clear which items I want to return

In your personal The Box Office-page you can indicate the items you want to keep and the items you want to return. When you want to return an item, you can uncheck the checkbox alongside the item in your personal The Box Office-page. Afterwards you personal stylist will contact you to arrange a pick-up for the returned items. You can always reach out to your personal stylist when you have questions regarding a box.

How can I change my personal details

You can ask your personal stylist to change your personal details such as your address, shipping address, measurements and payment details. Your personal stylist will take care of it.

How can I sign up someone else for The Box Office

In case you know someone who would like to sign up for The Box Office, this person can go to The Box Office and sign up.

Is it possible to sign out of The Box Office

Concerning The Box Office there are no strings attached. When you don’t want to make use of The Box Office anymore, you can inform your personal stylist about this. Your personal stylist will take care of it.

Why is it only possible to have contact via WhatsApp

WhatsApp makes it easy for personal contact with our stylists. You can for example send a picture when you need styling advise. If you prefer another way to communicate, you can choose between Facebook messenger, phone (+1 (214) 980 3127) or email service@suitsupply.com.
